The main character also the narrator of the story Jean Louis Finch best known as Scout is the daughter of a well known lawyer named Atticus Finch and the sister of her oldest brother Jem who broke his arm early in the story. What was your personal reaction to this reading selection?
My personal reaction to this reading was wanting to read further more about the story. I wanted to know what exactly happened when or how did Jem feel about him touching the Radley residence. Did Dill feel bad about Jem breaking his arm since he was the one that dared him. And how did Scout feel what went throught her mind when she thought she saw the shutter move in Boo Radely's house. I was left with a lot of questions.
If you were to create notes to help you remember the most important points from your reading, what style of notes (lists, outlines, thought bubbles or webs, etc.) would you use and why?
I would do a mixture of bullet points for important facts or things I might need to remember for future refernce, thouhgt bubbles for what might be going through the characters mind and answer them throughtout the reading.
